These general conditions of contraction apply to all commercial transactions made in our virtual store, myarmelle.com.
Please read carefully the present conditions of purchase before placing the order. If you are not in agreement with all the conditions of purchase you must not place any order.
Content and information provided on the website
myarmelle.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications on products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time, without these modifications affecting orders already made. myarmelle.com makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained in the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In case that at any time there might appear an error of this type, at any time without intention on the part of myarmelle.com, it would be immediately corrected.
The contents of the myarmelle.com website may, at times, show provisional information about some products. In case that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the client will have the right to rescind his purchase without any cost on his part.

Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the website of myarmelle.com include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that is applicable.
Payment
When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made by card; counter-reimbursement to the geographical areas available for this modality; bank transfer, or other analogous means. In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, myarmelle.com reserves the right to request a specific form of payment from a client in case that the identity of the buyer is not reliably proven.
We offer you two ways to make your payments:
- Credit or Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard or VISA Electron).
We have a secure payment gateway thanks to our collaboration with the company stripe. They are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry. You will be asked for the necessary information to be able to make the payment. ARMÈLLE does not have any access to your sensitive card data.
- Bank transfer or deposit account:
By opting for this payment method, you will see our data in order to make the transfer or deposit. The transfer must be made within a maximum period of 2 working days from the date of the order, if not, the order will be canceled.
Form, costs and delivery time
The customer can select the shipping method from among the possible ones for his shipping area. You should bear in mind that delivery times, quality of service, delivery point and cost will be different for each form of transport.
myarmelle.com sends orders to its customers through different transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The delivery date at the customer’s address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. The indicative transport periods are available in the corresponding section of our website. Before confirming his order, the client will be informed about shipping costs and transport times. In case of variations, myarmelle.com will notify the client by email of the variation and the client may choose to cancel his order without being able to charge any cost to him.

The shipping costs apply to shipping within the EU. Sale and Shipping via our online shop is limited to countries within the EU.

Buyer’s rights and return policy
myarmelle.com will inform about the indicative deadlines for the delivery of orders.
myarmelle.com guarantees customers who hold the status of consumers, the rights recognized by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 19. The products sold by myarmelle.com and purchased by customers who hold the legal status of consumer, and beeing operations that have legally recognized the right of withdrawal, have a period of fourteen days from the reception of the order to desist from the contract and return the purchased product. The client will communicate to myarmelle.com within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise his right of withdrawal. The customer will pay the return costs.
The customer may return any item that has been purchased in the cases in which the Law expressly recognizes such power – as long as the product is unused (for hygienic reasons and due to the delicate material), in perfect condition and with all its labels and in its original packaging. In these cases, myarmelle.com will return the purchase money through a credit card payment, through a bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by crediting your personal account within a maximum period of 14 days, counted from the reception of the product unless otherwise prescribed by law.
If a product other than that requested by the customer was delivered by error of myarmelle.com, it will be replaced and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.
For any incident related to the return of items from our store, you can contact our Customer Service Department via email at costumer@myarmelle.com. Claims that may be presented by clients who hold the status of consumers under the terms of current legislation, will be treated by the customer service of myarmelle.com may be sent to any of the contact data specified in this legal notice, and will be answered by the appropriate means within a maximum period of 30 days. In case of complaint or rejection by myarmelle.com, the consumer can contact the consumer organizations of his autonomous community or resort to the platform of REGULATION (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, on the resolution of online consumer disputes (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
Obligations of the client
The client declares to be of legal age and to be in a sufficient capacity for the act in question; is committed at all times to provide accurate information about the data requested in the user registration forms or order fulfillment, and to keep them updated at all times.
Likewise, it undertakes to keep confidentially and with the utmost diligence its personal access codes to our website.
The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where it can be received within the usual schedule of delivery of goods. In case of default by the customer of this obligation, myarmelle.com will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.
Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
The purchases made with myarmelle.com are subject to the legislation of Spain. In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be that which corresponds according to the current procedural norms.
